用硬度和拉伸试验及其数据的统计分析研究了塑性变形诱发内生复合板(DISC)的强度随冷轧形变率的变化规律。结果表明马氏体相变强化、时效强化、加工硬化和动态应变时效强化的叠加是使DISC板具有超高强度的主要原因。
The change of the strength of plastic deformation-induced endogenous composite board (DISC) with the deformation rate of cold rolling was studied by means of hardness and tensile test and statistical analysis of the data. The results show that martensite transformation strengthening, aging strengthening, work hardening and dynamic strain aging superposition is to make DISC board has the main reason for ultra-high strength.
