各国的体育教育由于各国国情、锻炼理念、发展历史的影响而有着内在的不同。但不可否认,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,各国对体育运动教学重视的程度总体呈上升趋势。我国新课程标准明确提出体育课程标准围绕五大目标“运动参与、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应、运动技能”展开,全面推进体育教育改革。在这个背景下,研究中美高中体育与健康课程标准的差异,将对中国的体育教学改革提供借鉴。在本文中,笔者将挖掘中美高中体育与健康课程标准的差异对比,提出中国体育教学改革的新理念与新方法,以求取得更好的实践效果与价值。
Physical education in various countries has inherent differences due to the national conditions, the concepts of exercise and the development history of each country. However, it is undeniable that with the development of economy and social progress, the degree of attention to sports teaching in various countries has generally risen. China’s new curriculum standards clearly put forward the standard of physical education around the five goals “sports participation, physical health, mental health, social adaptation, motor skills ”, and comprehensively promote the reform of physical education. Under this background, studying the differences between the curriculum standards of physical education and health in China and the United States will provide reference for the reform of physical education in China. In this article, I will explore the difference between China and the United States of high school sports and health curriculum standards, put forward new ideas and new methods of physical education in China in order to achieve better practical results and value.
