对干式细磨回路进行的研究表明,磨机载荷对其产量有很大的影响。为改善工业型磨矿回路的性能,研究了其它形式的磨机载荷的测定方法。采用压电应变传感器检测了磨机旋转时筒体应变的变化情况提供了很有意义的测定结果,使能估计磨机载荷的重量并控制粉状物料的充填率,使操作达到最佳状态。采用这种方法时,传动功率比用电机功率输入来控制磨机载荷的旧方法要高5%。用这种传感器测定磨机的机械振动时,还可得到有关磨机筒体内球介质的瀑落和泻落特性的信息。因此,重要的因素得到了简化,而且安装的总投资成本下降,因为对于在相对较小的回路中操作的许多细磨球磨机而言无须花大量投资费用用于这种测定方法。
Research on dry fine grinding circuits has shown that mill load has a significant impact on the yield. To improve the performance of industrial grinding circuits, other forms of mill load measurement methods were studied. The use of a piezoelectric strain sensor to detect changes in the strain of the barrel during rotation of the mill provides meaningful results that enable estimation of the weight of the mill load and control of the fill rate of the pulverulent material for optimum operation. With this method, the drive power is 5% higher than the old method of controlling mill load with motor power input. When using this sensor to measure the mechanical vibration of a mill, it is also possible to obtain information about the waterfall and cathartic properties of the ball media in the mill barrel. Therefore, important factors are simplified and the total investment cost of installation is reduced because there is no need to invest a large investment cost for this method of measurement for many fine grinding ball mills operating in a relatively small circuit.
