近年来,随着人们对后勤管理现代化认识的提高,高校食堂普遍采用微机售饭菜管理系统取代传统的餐券结算方式,显示出特有的优越性。但纵观高校食堂菜单的公布方式还是沿袭多年来的习惯,既陈旧、落后,又麻烦、不卫生,与采用了微机售饭菜管理系统的高校食堂很不相称。为了使高校食堂真正适应管理现代化发展的需要,必须对传统的菜单公布方式进行一场变革,使电子显示菜单屏随微机之后迅速走进高校的食堂。
In recent years, with the improvement of people’s understanding of logistics management modernization, college canteens generally adopt the computerized food management system to replace the traditional meal voucher settlement method, showing unique superiority. However, taking into account the publication of college canteen menu or follow the habits of many years, both obsolete, backward, and troublesome, unhygienic, and the use of microcomputer management system of food canteen restaurant is not commensurate. In order to make college canteens truly adapt to the needs of the development of modern management, a change must be made to the traditional way of publishing menus, so that the electronic display menu screen promptly enters the canteens of colleges and universities after the microcomputer is displayed.
