目的研究白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的关系。方法对2型糖尿病进行下肢血管B超检查,分为单纯糖尿病组、糖尿病合并下肢血管病变组、体检正常组。采用电化学发光方法测定IL-6,用ELISA法测定MMP-9。结果正常组、2型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变组,各组IL-6水平依次增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清MMP-9水平逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变组血清IL-6、MMP-9水平显著升高,呈正相关(r=0.69,0.65),提示血清IL-6、MMP-9可能参与了糖尿病下肢血管病变的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-6 (IL-6), serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods B - mode ultrasound examination of lower extremity blood vessels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients was divided into simple diabetic group, diabetic lower extremity vascular disease group and normal control group. IL-6 was determined by electrochemiluminescence and MMP-9 was measured by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-6 in normal group, type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus with lower extremity vascular lesions were significantly higher than those in lower extremity group (P <0.05), and the serum MMP-9 levels gradually increased Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of IL-6 and MMP-9 in type 2 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease were significantly increased (r = 0.69,0.65), suggesting that serum IL-6 and MMP-9 may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease ,development of.
