回首中国改革开放20多年的历程,从来没有一个时刻像新世纪第一个春天这样,整个中国由北到南、从东向西、自上而下地处处响起炮轰垄断行业的剧烈声响。垄断,已成为中国经济进一步发展的桎梏。随着加入WTO,中国经济面临的国际竞争日趋激烈,为了从整体上提高企业的国际竞争力,打破垄断、引入竞争机制尤为迫切。为此,我国政府将垄断行业的改革作为当前和今后一段时期经济体制改革的重点。那么,在开放经济背景下,中国打破行业垄断应遵循何种路径?为此,本刊记者采访了隆国强博士。 Recalling the course of more than 20 years of China’s reform and opening up, there has never been a moment when the entire Chinese nation, from north to south and from east to west, sounded the hectic stance of shelling monopoly industries from top to bottom like the first spring of the new century. Monopoly has become a shackles for the further development of China’s economy. With China’s accession to the WTO, the international competition facing China’s economy is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to improve the international competitiveness of enterprises as a whole, it is particularly urgent to break the monopoly and introduce a competition mechanism. For this reason, our government takes the monopoly industry reform as the focus of economic restructuring for the present and future period.
