一、关于对职工教育综合配套改革的理解自从国家教委提出企业教育综合配套改革这一新的观念后,由于对其内涵和外延在阐述上不够明确,所以,在部分企业、单位中造成了一种实践和认识上的混乱。尤其是其确定实验企业(我理解为试点)的做法,更使人感到迷惑。一些同志问到:试点企业搞的综合配套改革与企业普遍已进行的职工教育的改革有什么区别?难道解决两个脱节问题,还要等待试点吗?进而对综合配套改革产生抵触情绪。
I.
