研究了腐蚀时间、溶液温度、pH值对A350LF2钢在湿H2S环境中力学性能的影响。结果表明:H2S腐蚀后,A350LF2钢的力学性能变化不但与腐蚀环境密切相关,还与腐蚀后力学性能的测试周期密切相关。材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度等性能随环境条件变化呈现不同的变化规律,并且发现腐蚀后立刻进行的性能测试表明,力学性能损伤比较严重;而腐蚀后放置一段时间后的力学性能测试结果表明,损伤的力学性能不同程度得到恢复,甚至达到腐蚀前材料的力学性能。结合扩散氢测试结果分析认为,A350LF2钢力学损伤程度与钢中氢含量密切相关。
The effect of corrosion time, solution temperature and pH value on the mechanical properties of A350LF2 steel in wet H2S environment was studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of A350LF2 steel after H2S corrosion are not only closely related to the corrosion environment but also closely related to the test cycle of mechanical properties after corrosion. The properties of tensile strength, yield strength and other properties of the material showed different changes with the changes of environmental conditions, and found immediately after corrosion performance test showed that the mechanical properties of more serious damage; and corrosion after a period of time after the mechanical properties of the test results show The mechanical properties of the damaged parts are restored to different extents, even reaching the mechanical properties of the material before corrosion. According to the results of diffusion hydrogen test, the mechanical damage degree of A350LF2 steel is closely related to the hydrogen content in steel.
