近年,有一个问题引起了中央的重视那就是房地产去库存问题,在2015年底前召开的一系列中央会议上,房地产去库存问题被多次提及。在此之后,地方政府也纷纷出台系列去库存政策,我国房地产市场供过于求的程度太高,这就既会给目前经济增长带来巨大压力,也影响中国经济未来该如何发展。这就需要我们在房地产去库存政策方面进行创新,并在去库存问题上做到真正的精准化,从实质上降低房地产的赚钱功能,回归房价的理性。
In recent years, one issue has aroused the attention of the Central Government that is, the problem of real estate de-stocking. In a series of central meetings held before the end of 2015, the issue of de-stocking real estate was repeatedly mentioned. Since then, local governments have also introduced a series of inventory-removing policies. The extent of oversupply in the real estate market in our country is too high. This will not only bring tremendous pressure on the current economic growth but also affect the future development of the Chinese economy. This requires us to innovate in the real estate de-stocking policy, and to achieve real precision inventory issues, from the real estate to reduce the money making function, return to the rationality of housing prices.
