本文阐述了用激光脉冲瞬态法测量材料低温导热系数的方法原理、测试装置和标定结果:并对激光脉冲法在低温下的局限性及测试误差进行了系统分析。
In this paper, the principle of the laser pulse transient method for measuring the low temperature thermal conductivity of the material, the test device and the calibration results are described. The limitations of the laser pulse method at low temperature and the test errors are systematically analyzed.
