沃卡河一级水电站 ,位于西藏高海拔地区 ,在机电设备安装中针对高寒缺氧的特点 ,采取了一些行之有效的技术措施或增加安全余量等 ,使设备的安装质量得到了保障。但因经验不足和目前有些现行规范对高寒地区没有作出明确的要求和规定 ,致使有些问题的处理找不到依据 ,处理效果不很理想。建议有关科研单位和制造厂家 ,加强设备的高原性实验 ,提供更高效、更可靠的设备 ,并应进一步补充、完善现行的有关规程、规范。
In the high altitude area of Tibet, the Waokawa-I hydropower station has adopted some effective technical measures or increased safety margins in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in accordance with the characteristics of high altitude and lack of oxygen, thus ensuring the installation quality of the equipment. However, due to lack of experience and the fact that some current norms do not make clear requirements and provisions for the alpine region, some problems can not be dealt with and the treatment effect is not very satisfactory. It is suggested that relevant scientific research institutes and manufacturers should strengthen experiments on plateau of equipment and provide more efficient and reliable equipment and should further supplement and perfect the existing relevant rules and regulations.
