This paper uses organizational behaviors to analyze the impact of information communication on supervisors and supervisors who participate in information communication in health supervision when they are in the state of parental self, adult self, and child self. It is concluded that when the supervisor and the supervised are both in the adult self state, or the supervisor is in the parental self state and the supervised person is in the child self state, the information communication between the two parties appears to be unblocked. However, when the supervisor is in the parental self state and the supervised person is in the child self state, although the communication is unobstructed, it is often falsified due to certain social factors, and is not conducive to subjective supervision. The play of mobility. Ultimately, when both the supervisor and the supervised are in the adult self-state, the two sides can truly communicate the information, so that the health laws and regulations can be better implemented.
