厨房是餐饮业的一个重要场所,其消防安全不容忽视。本文分析了餐饮厨房火灾危险性,从提升厨房从业人员消防安全意识、严格油气管控、做好防火分隔、定期清洗油烟管道等方面提出了相应的防范对策。
Kitchen is an important place for catering industry, its fire safety can not be ignored. This article analyzes the danger of fire in catering kitchens, puts forward countermeasures for prevention and cure in terms of raising awareness of fire safety among kitchen staffs, strict control of oil and gas, good separation of fire and regular cleaning of oil smoke pipes.
