随着编辑手段和办公设备的现代化,不少科技期刊编辑部采用了编排一体化的工作模式。在这一模式下,校对工作的工作内容和形式都将发生变化。但是,校对工作不能完全被编辑取代。在以电子文档为稿件主要栽体的现代化编辑过程中,校对的主要内容由传统的“校异同”转变为“校是非”。校对软件的使用虽然对校对工作有相当程度的帮助,但不能完全取代人工校对,二者应该有机地结合。在新的工作方式下,校对人员需要有认真的工作态度,高度的责任感及扎实的基本功才能跟上新形势对校对人员的要求。
With the modernization of editing methods and office equipment, many editorial departments of sci-tech periodicals adopt the integrated mode of work. In this mode, the content and form of proofreading work will change. However, proofreading can not be completely replaced by editors. In the process of modern editing with the main body of the electronic document as the manuscript, the main content of the proofreading is changed from the traditional “school identity” to “school right”. Although the use of proofing software to a considerable degree of proofreading work, but can not completely replace the manual proofreading, the two should be organically integrated. Under the new mode of work, the proofreaders need to have a serious working attitude, a high sense of responsibility and solid basic skills to keep up with the requirements of the proofreaders in the new situation.
