合同管理制是建设领域管理制度的核心内容,是承发包双方为实现工程建设目标,明确相互责任、权利和义务关系的协议。设计单位利用合同行为依法维护企业权益,实现企业可持续健康发展。该文分析水利工程设计合同管理中存在的常见问题,据此提出水利工程设计合同管理改进措施,供同行参考。
The contract management system is the core content of the management system in the field of construction. It is an agreement between the contracting parties and the contracting parties to achieve the goal of project construction, and clarify the relationship between mutual responsibilities, rights and obligations. Design units use contractual acts to safeguard the rights and interests of enterprises in accordance with the law to achieve sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the common problems in contract management of water conservancy project design, and proposes the improvement measures of contract management of water conservancy project design for reference of peers.
