2012年在党的十八大上,胡锦涛同志强调:文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。号召全党全国人民扎实推进社会主义文化强国战略。这是提升民族整体素质和科技水平的方法,是增强国家软实力和国际地位的重要途径,也是突破现阶段经济增长瓶颈,实现永续发展的保障。作为文化强国战略的一部分,更作为第五代国家领导集体核心的习近平总书记所阐述的中国梦的重要组成部分,高职院校的文化建设是整个社会文化建设的重地。如何在学校文化建设方向上与党所设定的国家文化战略保持一致,如何明确高职院校党建工作对学校文化建设作用的途径且细化对策。这样的探讨即是必须的,也是紧迫的。
In 2012, at the 18th CPC National Congress, Comrade Hu Jintao emphasized: Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. We call on all party members and people across the country to steadfastly promote the strategy of building a strong nation by socialism. This is an approach to enhancing the overall quality and level of science and technology of the entire nation. It is an important way to enhance the country’s soft power and international status. It is also a guarantee to break through the bottleneck of economic growth at this stage and achieve sustainable development. As part of the strategy of strengthening China by culture, but also as an important part of the Chinese dream expounded by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core of the leadership collective of the Fifth Generation, the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges is the important place for the entire social and cultural development. How to keep the same with the national cultural strategy set by the party in the direction of school culture construction and how to clarify the role of the party building in higher vocational colleges on the school culture construction and to refine the countermeasures. Such discussions are necessary and urgent.
