1.问题的提出我厂生产某锅炉时,其中有一固定摆锤,见图1 所示。它与其它零件连接处为球形面;两球形面孔距为290mm,加上两边侧工件的回转半径为325mm,而厂里的数控车床的加工回转半径最大为300mm。不能满足需要,故只能在CW6163C车床上下功夫。在普通车床上加工成形面的方法通常有双手控制法,仿形法和成形刀法等。在此,用双手控制法加工,对操作者要求高,且产品精度低,形状不规则,生产效益
