一、设备概况及腐蚀沉积物的分析结果 EH-235是以过热蒸汽加热水而产生饱和蒸汽的换热设备,其管程走急冷水,操作温度173℃,压力7.8kgf/cm~2;壳程走11kgf/cm~2的过热蒸汽,操作温度280℃,压力11.3kgf/cm~2。材质:壳体和管箱为SM41B管子为STB35E,管板为SF45,都是碳钢。其系统工艺流程见图1。该设备共4台,位号为EH-235 A/D,于1986年6月初投产,其中C和D于1986年9月中旬发现上封头泄
