江西目前共有乡镇党委1396个,村党组织17043个,乡村党组织数约占全省基层党组织总数的20%;有农村党员66.5万名,约占全省党员总数的37%。近年来,这个省围绕建设社会主义新农村,积极探索农村基层组织建设和干部队伍建设的新思路,基层党建工作整体水平不断提高。江西省委组织部农村基层组织处刘文胜处长说,概括起来全省主要抓了这样几项工作:
At present, there are 1396 township party committees and 17043 village party organizations in Jiangxi Province. The number of village party organizations accounts for about 20% of the total number of grass-roots party organizations in the province. There are 665,000 rural party members, accounting for 37% of the total number of party members in the province. In recent years, the province has been focusing on building a new socialist countryside and has actively explored new ideas for building grassroots organizations in rural areas and for building cadres. The overall level of grassroots party-building work has been continuously improved.
