作者曾用血细胞凝集试验研究过人参和茵陈蒿的酸性多糖部位对幽门螺杆菌粘附于宿主细胞的抑制作用,但这种方法不能定量。现作者采用酶联葡萄糖吸附试验(ELGA)研究了上述2种酸性多糖精制后的抗幽门螺杆菌粘附的作用。
The authors used hemagglutination assays to study the inhibitory effects of acidic polysaccharides from Panax ginseng and Artemisia capillaris on the adherence of H. pylori to host cells, but this method cannot be quantified. The authors used enzyme linked glucose adsorption assay (ELGA) to study the effect of the above two kinds of acid polysaccharides on the adhesion of anti-Helicobacter pylori.
