采用连续波 2 k W YAG激光器在 6 0 6 1铝合金表面激光熔覆 Ni Cr BSi合金。利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM/EDX)、X射线衍射仪等分析检测设备研究熔覆层的组织形貌、化学成分及相组成。利用超声波感应空泡腐蚀设备对熔覆层在 3.5 % Na Cl水溶液中的空泡腐蚀性能进行了系统评价 ,从而总结出激光熔覆层及基材的空泡腐蚀机制
A continuous wave 2 k W YAG laser was used to laser clad Ni Cr BSi alloy on 6 0 6 1 aluminum alloy. The morphology, chemical composition and phase composition of the cladding layer were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM / EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The cavitation corrosion of cladding layer in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution was systematically evaluated by using ultrasonic sensor cavitation equipment to summarize cavitation erosion mechanism of laser cladding layer and substrate
