去年11月,交通运输部部长杨传堂主持召开部务会议,决定在部分地区和单位开展9项交通运输改革试点工作,其中之一就是“区域港口发展一体化试点”。今年1月,交通运输部专门出台《交通运输部关于全面深化交通运输改革的意见》,明确提出要“理顺港口管理体制,推动港口资源整合,促进区域港口集约化、一体化发展”。一系列创新改革举措的落地,为交通运输行业特别是港口行业的转型发展,拓展了新的空间。港口区域一体化面临的挑战是什么?从规划到竞争再到经营,这都将是港口区域一体化面临的挑战,可以看到港口区域一体化正游向“深水区”。
