’95辽宁省知识产权学术年会于1995年9月6日至7日在大连市旅顺口大连石油化工总公司疗养院隆重举行。这届年会是由辽宁省知识产权研究会组织召开的。研究会的理事长张百伟同志,副理事长姚维煊同志、中国知识产权研究会张锦锐同志,以及来自全省司法、专利、科研、高校、企业等各界代表近70人参加了本届年会。研究会秘书长刘非同志主持会议。
'95 The Annual Conference of Intellectual Property in Liaoning Province was held at the Dalian Petrochemical Corporation Sanatorium in Lushunkou, Dalian from September 6 to September 7, 1995. This annual meeting is organized by the Liaoning Provincial Intellectual Property Research Association. Comrade Zhang Weiwei, Chairman of the Research Society, Comrade Yao Weiyuan, Vice Chairman of the Institute, Comrade Zhang Jinrui from the China Intellectual Property Society, and nearly 70 representatives from all walks of life, including judicial, patent, scientific research, universities and enterprises in the province attended the conference. Liu Fei, Secretary-General of the Research Society, presided over the meeting.
