近年来,在植物组织培养方面,国内外利用多种方法进行研究,取得了新的进展。由于植物叶片组织的细胞在遗传性上的一致性和相对稳定性,且取材方便,故目前多采用植物叶片分离植物原生质体,进行体细胞杂交;也有用叶片进行诱变育种,以及快速无性繁殖优良单株和杂种植株。这就须查明叶片组织培养直接分化形成完整植株的方法和条件。现将我们以烟草为材料的部分研究结果报道于下。一、材料和方法供试材料为普通烟草(Nicotianatabacum)品种是G28,由省特种作物研究所烟草研究室提供。
