早在东北解放区时期,我们就有了职工群众的合理化建议和技术改进活动。五十年代,全国的合理化建议和技术改进活动更是蓬蓬勃勃,硕果累累。技术革新能手,为当时劳动模范的重要特征。然而,从五十年代末期开始,随着极“左”错误的出现,革命精神被歪曲,不尊重科学、不重视技术的蛮干被当作革命精神的体现。它对社会主义建设事业为害之甚,至今人们记忆犹新。
As early as the liberated areas in Northeast China, we had reasonable suggestions and technological improvement activities for the masses of workers. In the 1950s, the country’s rationalization proposals and technological improvement activities were even more thriving and fruitful. Technology innovation experts, was an important feature of the labor model. However, since the late 1950s, with the emergence of a very “leftist” error, the revolutionary spirit has been distorted and there is no respect for science. The recklessness of not paying attention to technology has been regarded as a manifestation of the revolutionary spirit. It is so detrimental to the cause of socialist construction that people have still fresh memories.
