目的了解徐州市不同生境室内蟑螂体表带菌状况,提高对蟑螂危害防范意识,控制疾病传播。方法将诱捕到的蟑螂,根据不同生境进行分组,分别检测蟑螂带菌总数及其携带致病菌情况。结果不同生境蟑螂带菌率为100%,大肠杆菌、霉菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌携带率分别为60%、100%、40%、20%、20%,溶血性链球菌和志贺氏菌均未检出。结论徐州市蟑螂带菌率较高,应加强对蟑螂的防治。
Objective To understand the status of surface bacteria in cockroaches in different habitats in Xuzhou and to improve the prevention and control of cockroach hazards and control the spread of diseases. Methods The trapping cockroaches were grouped according to different habitats, and the total number of cockroaches carrying bacteria and their pathogenic bacteria were detected. Results The carrying rates of cockroaches in different habitats were 100%, and the carriage rates of Escherichia coli, mold, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were 60%, 100%, 40%, 20% and 20% respectively. The hemolytic streptococcus And Shigella were not detected. Conclusion The rate of cockroach in Xuzhou City is high, and the prevention and cure of cockroaches should be strengthened.
