胶带输送机在输送潮湿物料时,皮带背面、托辊及滚筒容易黏料。这些黏附的物料,开机时无法清理,停机后人工清理量很大,皮带如出现跑偏靠调整张紧装置也很难进行调整。我们设计了一种带螺纹的托辊,在皮带头尾部、改向滚筒处、张紧滚筒处等容易积料部位,利用螺纹清除积料和纠偏。1带螺纹托辊的结构及设置方法螺纹托辊有两类,一类主要起清料的作用;另一类主要纠偏,也有清料的作用。以下分别予以说明。
