北京军区总医院是一所医疗设备先进,医学专科齐全,医护技术精湛,休养环境优雅的大型综合性医院。设有48个科室,62个专业,展开床位993张,是解放军第三军医大学、石家庄医高专等多所大专院校的实习基地。 院党委坚持为兵服务的方向,面向社会,管理工作逐步走上了制度化、规范化、程序化的轨道,充分挖掘各类人员潜力,发挥出各部门的专业特长及综合效力。医疗工作形成了以全军专科中心为主的优势学科群。有全军专科中心2个:全军肝病研究中心,全军骨科中心;全军重点学科2个:全军临床药理基地、全军生物力学和热学计量监测站;有军区专科中心4个:消化内科中心、心血管病研究所、心胸外科中心、临床药物研究所。护理工作坚持以优质高效为目标,科学管理做保证。建立自上而下的三级管理体制,形成了制度完善、标准明确、定期质控、及时反馈、奖惩兑现的管理机制。做到5个统一:工作标准统一、护理班次统一、教学查房模式统一、基础护理每周重点工作统一、病区基础设施布局统一。为确保临床护理质量,抓住安全工作薄弱环节重点防范;为适应护理模式的转变,在部分科室实行了整体护理;在完善护理管理体制同时,实现了护理信息处理的全面微机化。
The Beijing Military Region General Hospital is a large-scale comprehensive hospital with advanced medical equipment, complete medical expertise, skilled medical care and elegant rest and treatment environment. It has 48 departments, 62 majors and 993 beds. It is an internship base for many colleges and universities, including the Third Military Medical University of PLA and Shijiazhuang Medical College. The party committees of the hospital adhere to the orientation of service for the soldiers and face the society. The management work gradually embarked on a systematic, standardized and procedural track, fully tap the potentials of all kinds of personnel and give play to the professional expertise and comprehensive effectiveness of various departments. Medical work has formed a dominant disciplinary group based mainly on the PLA’s military specialist center. There are 2 PLA specialist centers: All-Army Liver Diseases Research Center and the PLA Orthopedic Center; 2 key disciplines throughout the PLA: All-Army Clinical Pharmacology Base, All-Army Biomechanics and Thermal Metrology Monitoring Station; 4 Military Specialist Centers: Medical Center, Cardiovascular Institute, Cardiothoracic Surgery Center, Institute of Clinical Pharmacology. Care to adhere to the high quality and efficiency as the goal, to ensure that scientific management. The establishment of a top-down three-level management system has resulted in the establishment of a management system with sound systems, clear standards, regular quality control, timely feedback, rewards and punishments. To achieve five unifications: Unified work standards, unified care shift, unified teaching ward rounds, unified key work weekly, and unified ward infrastructure. In order to ensure the quality of clinical nursing and seize the key points of the weaknesses in safety work, in order to adapt to the change of nursing mode, the overall nursing system has been implemented in some departments and the nursing computer system has been fully implemented while improving the nursing management system.
