我院2005-11-2012-03共确诊8例鼻部单发型角化棘皮瘤(Keratoacanthoma,KA)患者,其中男6例,女2例;年龄41~70岁,中位年龄55.5岁;病程20d~8个月,中位病程30d,其中20d~1个月的占7例。所有患者均以发现局部生长迅速的包块而就诊,其中3例伴病损处瘙痒,1例伴病损处疼痛。皮损发生部位:鼻背部4例,鼻尖3 A total of 8 cases of nasal single keratoacanthoma (KA) were diagnosed in our hospital from November 2005 to November 2012, including 6 males and 2 females, aged 41-70 years with a median age of 55.5 years. 20d ~ 8 months, the median duration of 30d, of which 20d ~ 1 month accounted for 7 cases.
