一、前言B型吊钳是我国矿区目前钻井的一种重要工具。然而这种吊钳粗大笨重,并且容易损坏发生事故。就是这种吊钳目前还供不应求。为了改变这种状况,加速石油工业的发展,我厂决定试制一种轻型的D—Q型吊钳。吊钳形状及其受力情况复杂,至今国内外尚未发现有吊钳受力的研究资料。要减轻吊钳的重量且确保使用安全,必须对吊钳受力情况有所了解。我们在西安交通大学协助下对吊环、吊卡进行光弹及电测应力试验后,又对吊钳受力情况作了一些测试和探讨,以使我厂轻型的“三吊一卡”(吊环、吊卡、
I. Introduction B-type tongs are an important tool for drilling in China’s mining area. However, such tongs are bulky and prone to damage. Is this kind of tongs are still in short supply. In order to change this situation and accelerate the development of the oil industry, our factory decided to try out a light D-Q type hanging tong. The shape of the tong and its force situation are complex. Up to now, no research data on the force of the tong have been found at home and abroad. To reduce the weight of the tongs and ensure the safety of use, we must understand the force of the tongs.
