全息显微照相术是目前尚未用于研究生物体内生物医学问题的一种技术。本文评述了全息显微照相术的现状,评价了某些可能改善再现图象质量的光学处理技术,评价了生物医学应用的现状。需要设计者和可能的使用者共同努力把全息显微照相机从光学研究实验室搬到生物医学实验室中去。
Holographic microscopy is currently a technique that has not been used to study biomedical issues in living organisms. This article reviews the current status of holographic photomicrography, evaluates some of the optical techniques that may improve the quality of reproduced images, and assesses the current status of biomedical applications. Designers and potential users are required to work together to move a holographic micrograph from an optical research lab to a biomedical lab.
