实验用体重为200~245g,雄性Wistar种大白鼠42只。以1%角叉菜胶1ml胸腔内注入复制胸腹炎模型。观察到注角叉菜胶后6小时,胸腔渗出液量明显增加,渗出液中的中性粒细胞数,β-葡萄糖醛酸酶、溶菌酶活性明显增高,TxB_2及6-Keto-PGF 1α含量也明显增多。以上变化在致炎后12~24小时达高峰,随后逐渐下降,至72小时基本恢复到正常对照水平。讨论了中性粒细胞集聚及其产生、释放的炎症介质溶酶体酶及前列腺素类在炎症发病中的重要作用。
Experimental body weight of 200 ~ 245g, 42 male Wistar rats. The above changes peaked at 12 to 24 hours after inflammation, then gradually decreased to 72 hours and returned to the normal control level. The important role of neutrophil aggregation and its production and release of inflammatory mediators lysosomal enzymes and prostaglandins in the pathogenesis of inflammation is discussed.
