采用竞争蛋白结合法测定了112名0~3岁婴幼儿血清25(OH)D3浓度,比较不同喂养方式血清25(OH)D3水平及佝偻病发病率的关系。结果表明:健康儿童血清25(OH)D3浓度为49.88±13.55nmol/L,佝偻病患儿血清25(OH)D3浓度为36.23±20.23nmol/L,两者差异显著(P<0.01)。人工喂养儿血清25(OH)D3水平最低,佝偻病患病率最高,母乳喂养儿血清25(OH)D3水平在正常范围,患病率低于人工喂养儿。提示:不同喂养方式,佝偻病患病率不同,应大力提倡母乳喂养。
Serum 25 (OH) D3 concentrations in 112 infants and toddlers aged 0 ~ 3 years were measured by competitive protein binding assay. The relationship between serum 25 (OH) D3 levels and the incidence of rickets was compared. The results showed that the serum concentration of 25 (OH) D3 in healthy children was 49.88 ± 13.55nmol / L, the serum 25 (OH) D3 concentration was 36.23 ± 20.23nmol / L in children with rickets, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The lowest level of serum 25 (OH) D3 in artificial feeding children was found, with the highest prevalence of rickets. The serum 25 (OH) D3 level of breastfeeding children was in the normal range and the prevalence was lower than that of artificial feeding children. Tip: Different feeding methods, rickets prevalence rates should be vigorously promoted breastfeeding.
