“旅游服务礼仪”是门边缘性、交叉性、实践性、专业性较强的课程,对高校大学生开设旅游服务礼仪课程,进行旅游服务礼仪教学模式的探索和创新具有重要意义。本文分析了当前高校旅游服务礼仪课程教学中存在的问题,并针对这些问题和不足,对高校旅游服务礼仪课程的教学模式提出一些创新意见,以期收到最佳的教学效果,适应旅游业今后的发展要求。 “Tourism service etiquette ” is the door edge, cross, practical, professional and strong courses, college students to open tourism service etiquette courses, tourism service etiquette teaching mode of exploration and innovation is of great significance. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of tourism service etiquette in colleges and universities. In view of these problems and shortcomings, this article puts forward some innovative opinions on the teaching mode of etiquette courses in higher education, in order to receive the best teaching effect and adapt to the future Development requirements.
