人类睾酮的生物效能和代谢廓清率的一项决定性因素是:血浆性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)的浓度。血浆睾酮大部分与 SHBG 和白蛋白结合,仅小部分(2%)呈游离状态。以往认为游离睾酮才有生物活性,目前研究表明有生物活性的睾酮也包括白蛋白结合睾酮。有充分证据表明,甲亢病人血浆 SHBG 增加,睾酮代谢廓清率降低,使血浆总睾酮相应增加。有报道男女甲亢病人睾酮结合百分率和结合力均增加。但有关甲亢中生物活性睾酮的变化尚未见报道。本文旨在通过15例女性甲亢病人在治疗前,和治疗后3~6
One of the decisive factors for the bioefficacy and metabolic clearance of human testosterone is the concentration of plasma sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Most of plasma testosterone and SHBG and albumin binding, only a small part (2%) was free state. In the past that free testosterone only biological activity, the current study shows that bioactive testosterone also includes albumin combined with testosterone. There is good evidence that hyperthyroidism patients with increased plasma SHBG, testosterone metabolism clearance rate decreased, so that the total plasma testosterone increased accordingly. Men and women have been reported in patients with testosterone binding percentage and binding increased. However, changes in bioactive testosterone in hyperthyroidism have not been reported.
