血栓性血小板减少性紫癜系由Moschcowitz于1925年首先描述,迄今国外报告仅400余例。国内仅有少数报告。我院曾收治一例,报告如下。病历摘要:患者欧××,男,22岁,已婚,湖北某歌舞团职员。因发热、发作性神智不清伴皮下出血于1980年5月18日入院。住院号15741。4月16日因受凉感冒后,先觉舌及全身麻木,伴发热(体温38℃左右)、头痛、呕吐、说话吐字不清,不久突然倒地不省人事,持续20余分钟自行缓解。当地医院疑为“病毒性脑炎”,但脑脊液无改变,住院三天,热退后出院。5月8日再次出现类似症状,后又好转。发作时无抽搐及大小便失禁。5月17日在户外活动一整天,晚上即觉发热及右侧舌缘、右侧身体发麻,头痛剧烈,呕吐数次,不久即昏睡,手足不自主活
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura was first described by Moschcowitz in 1925, so far only 400 cases of foreign reports. There are only a few domestic reports. May 8 again similar symptoms, and later improved. No episodes of seizures and incontinence.
