倾动式精炼炉工艺装备的设计改进及优化,是国内外有色冶金行业共同研讨和关注的重大课题。通过长期的实践探索,成功地解决了作业率低、设备故障率高、杂铜冶炼时间长、氧化渣量多、单位能耗高及环境污染等成为制约生产的技术“瓶颈”及同类型生产线冶炼“核心”问题,入炉废杂铜品位低,炉龄高达612炉,多项关键核心技术创世界最好水平。
