东乡县在县级党政领导班子中全面开展“立率先之志、行利民之事、怀和谐之心、修为政之德,做奋发有为、执政为民、团结共事、清廉节俭的表率”主题实践活动。通过这一活动,县党政领导班子的凝聚力、战斗力、感召力和创造力不断增强,全县各项事业快速发展。2007年,全县国内生产总值达41.2亿元,较上年增长15.5%,财政收入3.3亿元,增长47.8%,全社会固定资产投资26亿元,增长34.7%,农民人均纯收入4800元,增长16.3%。
