阿司匹林在临床上应用百余年,它对于防治脑卒中等心脑血管病有着不错的疗效,但阿司匹林的副作用却被忽略了,很少有人顾忌其副作用。该如何让阿司匹林既保证疗效,又减少副作用呢?笔者就此采访了中华医学会辽宁省心血管病分会常务委员栗印军主任医师。
Aspirin has been used clinically for more than 100 years. It has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke. However, the side effects of aspirin have been neglected. Few people scruples its side effects. How to make aspirin not only ensure the curative effect, but also reduce the side effects?
