目的探讨低分子肝素联合卡托普利治疗肾病综合征的疗效。方法肾病综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用低分子肝素和卡托普利。6周以后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组的各指标和总有效率均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合卡托普利疗法疗效可以显著提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with captopril in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 80 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, the treatment group based on the addition of low molecular weight heparin and captopril. After 6 weeks, the two groups were compared. Results The indexes of the treatment group and the total effective rate were significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with captopril therapy can significantly improve the curative effect.
