本文在介绍简捷柔制造的基础上,对其组织形式、管理思想进行了探讨和归结,认为简捷柔制造的核心是以虚拟公司为代表的企业间更加灵活的合作方式,而管理者与职工的创造能力则是该系统构造中的关键属性,我国企业在借鉴简捷柔制造时应以管理和组织创新来带动技术创新,将目标导向的创新与过程导向的持续改进有机结合,不失时机地抓住这一战略机遇,迎接二十一世纪的竞争和挑战。
Based on the brief introduction of flexible manufacturing, this paper discusses and concludes its organizational form and management thought. It is believed that the core of flexible manufacturing is more flexible cooperation between enterprises represented by virtual companies. However, Creativity is the key attribute in the construction of the system. Chinese enterprises should promote technological innovation through management and organizational innovation when learning from simple manufacturing, combine the goal-oriented innovation with process-oriented continuous improvement, seize this opportunity A strategic opportunity to meet the competition and challenges in the 21st century.
