Times are changing, teaching is reforming. No matter how the new curriculum reform progresses, no matter how innovative our classroom teaching is. However, the positioning of teachers in junior high school English teaching under the new curriculum reform is the most crucial factor to improve the quality of classroom teaching. In classroom teaching, the role of the teacher how to position, is the majority of English teachers need to explore the issue. First, the teacher is a teaching researcher, from the perspective of students to design teaching new curriculum reform under the concept of English teaching, teachers should be from the students “learning ” point of view to design the classroom. In this way, students’ learning activities can be targeted with a clear goal of cultivating their language skills, improving their thinking skills and developing their ability to communicate and cooperate in the learning process so as to enhance their learning ability
