目的 了解 RRI患儿体内微量元素与机体免疫功能之间的关系。方法 分别测定 5 6例 RRI患儿和 62例健康儿童血 Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca含量 (μmol/L)并进行比较 ,其中 3 2例 RRI患儿和 40例健康儿童分别测定血清 Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平并比较 ,44例 RRI患儿和 48例健康儿童分别测定 T淋巴细胞亚群并比较。结果 RRI患儿血 Zn、Fe含量均明显低于健康组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,Cu、Ca含量也低于健康组 (P <0 .0 5 )。RRI组 Ig A明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,Ig G水平低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ig M与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。RRI组 CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8及 CD57水平均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 RRI患儿存在 Zn、Fe、Cu等微量元素缺乏及免疫功能的异常。Zn、Fe、Cu等元素的缺乏可影响机体正常免疫功能的建立 ,不同程度使机体防御机能和免疫能力下降 ,从而使小儿容易发生RRI。因此 ,建议对RRI患儿治疗时除病因治疗外 ,应适当给予 Zn、Fe、Cu等微量元素
Objective To understand the relationship between trace elements and immune function in children with RRI. Methods The blood levels of Zn, Fe, Cu, Ca in 56 RRI children and 62 healthy children were measured and compared. Among 32 children with RRI and 40 healthy children, serum Ig A, Ig G, Ig M levels and comparison, 44 cases of RRI children and 48 healthy children were measured T lymphocyte subsets and compared. Results The levels of Zn and Fe in children with RRI were significantly lower than those in healthy group (P <0.01). The contents of Cu and Ca in children with RRI were also lower than those in healthy group (P <0.05). IgA in RRI group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01), IgG level was lower than that in control group (P <0.05), IgM was not significantly different from control group (P> 0.05) 5). The levels of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8 and CD57 in RRI group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a lack of trace elements such as Zn, Fe, Cu and immune dysfunction in children with RRI. The lack of Zn, Fe, Cu and other elements can affect the normal immune function of the body to establish, to varying degrees so that the body’s defense function and immune capacity decreased, so that children prone to RRI. Therefore, the proposed treatment of children with RRI in addition to the cause of treatment, should be given Zn, Fe, Cu and other trace elements
