目的:探讨MRI中三维平衡式稳态进动磁化准备超快速场回波序列(3D B-TFE)序列在血管压迫性三叉神经痛(TN)中的临床应用。方法:选取50例TN患者,应用Philips 1.5 T双梯度MRI机行3D B-TFE序列扫描。结果:50例MRI均可见责任血管压迫。微血管减压术(MVD)中判定责任动脉与MRI示责任动脉差异有统计学意义(χ~2=78.000,P<0.05),而对责任静脉的判定,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.344,P>0.126)。结论:对临床明确诊断TN的患者,3D B-TFE可了解三叉神经血管解剖,是MVD术前评价神经血管关系的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of 3D B-TFE sequence in vascular compression trigeminal neuralgia (TN) in MRI. Methods: 50 cases of TN patients were selected and scanned by 3D B-TFE sequence with Philips 1.5 T dual gradient MRI machine. Results: Responsible vascular compression was seen in all of the 50 cases of MRI. Microvascular decompression (MVD) in the determination of the responsible artery and MRI showed the responsibility artery was significantly different (χ ~ 2 = 78.000, P <0.05), while the determination of the responsible vein, the difference was not statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 2.344, P> 0.126). Conclusion: 3D B-TFE can be used to understand the trigeminal neural vascular anatomy in patients with clinically definite diagnosis of TN. It is an effective method to evaluate the relationship between neurovascularity and MVD before operation.
