目的探讨胎儿肢体畸形超声声像图特征及方法学特点。方法选取我院2014年3月-2016年3月期间收治的3142例孕妇,对胎儿手足进行观察时应用弧形扫查法,对其上下肢长骨应用连续顺序追踪超声法(SCSA)进行检测,对胎儿肢体的运动、知识、结构以及形态等情况进行动态观察。结果在对3142例孕妇胎儿出生或引产后证实有11例胎儿肢体畸形,其中有10例为产前超声检出,其中1例重叠指、2例足内翻、1例多指、1例双下肢小腿缺失、1例双侧桡骨缺失、2例为致死性侏儒、3例四肢短小畸形。本组中漏诊1例,为重叠指。结论产前超声诊断容易将胎儿手足姿势异常以及末端指趾数目漏诊,这也是检查的重点和难点。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and methodological features of fetal limb deformity ultrasonic sonography. Methods 3142 pregnant women who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in the study. Fetal foot and hand were observed by arc scanning method, and continuous upper and lower limb long bone was examined by continuous sequential ultrasonography (SCSA) On the fetal limb movement, knowledge, structure and shape of dynamic observation. Results In 3142 pregnant women fetus born or after induction of labor confirmed that 11 cases of fetal limb deformity, of which 10 cases were detected by prenatal ultrasound, including 1 overlap, 2 cases of varus, 1 case of multi-finger, 1 case of double Lower limb leg loss, a case of bilateral radius loss, 2 cases of lethal dwarf, 3 cases of short limb deformities. One patient missed diagnosis in this group, which means overlap. Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound is easy to diagnose fetal hand-foot posture abnormalities and the number of distal digits missed diagnosis, which is also the focus of inspection and difficulties.
