1974年以来,在各级党委(支部)的领导下,我们在部队开展了群众性冻伤防治工作,自制了几种防冻药膏,经初步试用,对一、二度冻伤有效治愈率达90%以上,预防效果也较好。一些连队开展了耐寒锻炼。许多单位根据不同情况分析总结了防冻经验,订立了措施,从而大大防止了部队冻伤的发生,保证了冬训、施工、野营训练等任务的完成。现就我们主要做法汇报如下。一、党委首长重视,加强思想政治路线教育遵照毛主席关于“思想上政治上的路线正确与否是决定一切的”的教导,为搞好部队冻伤防治工作,各级党委和首长都重视加强
Since 1974, under the leadership of the Party committees (branches) at all levels, we have conducted mass frostbite prevention and control work in the armed forces and have made some kinds of antifreeze ointment. After initial trial, the effective cure rate for primary and secondary frostbite is more than 90% , Prevention is better. Some companies have carried out cold-resistant exercise. Many units analyzed and summarized the antifreeze experience according to different situations and put forth measures to prevent the occurrence of frostbite and greatly ensure the completion of tasks such as winter training, construction and camping training.
