亚氨基二乙酸法草甘膦合成工艺研究进展

草甘膦是一种广谱灭生性有机磷除草剂,具有良好的传导性能,在农业等方面具有广泛的用途。目前,草甘瞵的工业生产方法主要有甘氨酸法和亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)两种。其中IDA路线是目前最先进的生产工艺,使用该路线生产的草甘膦占总产量的75%以上。这一路线的关键点有两个:一是中间产物IDA的合成,二是双甘膦的氧化。1.中间产物IDA的合成目前,IDA的合成主要用氯乙酸法(已被淘汰)、 Glyphosate is a broad spectrum of extinct organic phosphorus herbicides, has good conductivity, has a wide range of uses in agriculture and so on.
