自从改革开放以来,农民进城打工成为一种常态,由此造成社会上存在普遍的流动儿童问题,本文研究的目的就是通过分析影响流动儿童计划免疫的几个因素,从而实现高效对儿童计划免疫工作的管理。主要研究方法是到本地医院辖区流动人口集中的区域进行调查,分析目前流动儿童免疫接种的现状。从而得出目前影响流动儿童的免疫接种的几个结果。与此同时得出了目前流动儿童的预防接种在计划免疫方面存在着一定的困难,同时也是免疫管理的难点。因此做好对流动人口的宣传教育,提高他们对儿童参加免疫的重要性认识以及主动性和积极性。
Since the reform and opening up, peasants have become a normal state to work in cities. As a result, there are universal problems of migrant children in society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of planned immunization on migrant children in order to achieve efficient immunization against children Work management. The main research method is to investigate the area where the floating population is concentrated in the local hospital area and analyze the current status of the immunization of migrant children.
