“建筑设计、建造和管理中节能研讨会”是由联合国开发计划署和联合国工业发展组织关于低造价建筑材料工艺和建造系统亚洲地区协作网,会同菲律宾工业及能量研究和开发委员会,与菲律宾共和国居民安置部三个机构联合组织的,于1986年11月17日至21日在马尼拉都市马卡蒂城的花园旅馆举行。这次研讨会的目的有三:(1)介绍建筑物能量的有效利用,特别是低造价住宅的节能设计和技术发展情况;(2)提供一次探讨解决节能问题观点和措施的机会;(3)确定建筑节能领域中可能进行的地区合作和技术交流项目。
The “Energy Conservation Symposium for Architectural Design, Construction and Management” is a collaboration between the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization on a low-cost construction materials process and construction system in Asia, in conjunction with the Philippine Commission for Industry and Energy Research and Development, and the Republic of the Philippines. The joint organization of the three agencies of the Residents’ Placement Department took place from November 17 to 21, 1986 at the Garden Hotel in Makati City, Metro Manila. The purpose of this seminar is threefold: (1) to introduce the effective use of building energy, especially the energy-saving design and technical development of low-cost residential buildings; (2) to provide an opportunity to explore ideas and measures to solve energy-saving problems; (3) Identify possible regional cooperation and technology exchange projects in the field of building energy conservation.
