21世纪是一个充满了机遇与挑战的时代,企业如何牢牢抓住当前经济高速发展的机遇,迎接挑战,在市场竞争中获得生存与发展,是一个值得去认真探索与深思的问题。伴随着竞争的加剧和企业自身成长的需要,推行以绩效考核为核心的薪酬分配模式已日益凸显出其重要性。本文结合工作实际,从绩效考核的内涵出发,就绩效考核在薪酬分配中的作用进行了简要的分析与探讨。
The 21st century is an era full of opportunities and challenges. How to firmly grasp the current opportunities for rapid economic development, meet challenges and gain survival and development in market competition is an issue worth exploring and contemplating. With the intensified competition and the needs of enterprises’ own growth, the implementation of the remuneration distribution model centered on performance appraisal has increasingly highlighted its importance. Based on the actual work, starting from the connotation of performance appraisal, this paper briefly analyzes and discusses the role of performance appraisal in salary distribution.
